Description | •The incumbent is responsible for the process of analysis of all compensation and benefits plans existing in the company, this includes an annual review to the market data, national and international comparisons within the same field to ensure that we have a competitive position in the market. •Responsible for managing and planning the annual salary and benefit survey. •Establishing contacts with his peers in the competitive companies to collect information for the annual survey. •Participate with one of the international companies that produce salary surveys to compare the results of the local survey. •Manage the design and development of tools to assist employees in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions. •Responsible for formulating company local and subsidiaries policies and procedures and update them. •Responsible for C&B local and subsidiaries KPIs. •Responsible to give instructions to payroll to proceed with the new salary with coordination with the Regional HR Director as a result of the salary survey. •Prepare detailed job descriptions and classification systems and define job levels and families, in partnership with other managers. |
Qualifications | •Must have minimum 6-8 years experience in similar position •Effective communications, analytical and teaming skills are required to successfully manage the job. •Bachelor’s degree in a related field. •Sound business judgment and decision making skills. •One Relevant Certificate is a must, HR Diploma / MBA |
