Description	Implementation of an effective and efficient process of certain parts of the tendering and procurement including: Preparation and finalization of tender dossiers Assistance to components in finalizing long- and short lists when appropriate Launching of tenders follow-up on tendering process until finalization of tendering procedures and contract awarding Preparation of final contracts Monitoring quality of tender contracting procedures Qualitative review of Terms of Reference prepared by components to ensure tender coherence Assistance to IMC component staff on all matters related to procurement of services, supplies and/or works above 150,000 LE Prepare tenders analysis report.
Qualifications	University degree in a related field; Two to Three years of experience in a similar or related position. Direct or indirect experience in implementation and/or administration of technical assistance projects, preferably funded by international donors Excellent command of Proficient user of MS/Outlook package with focus on Word, Excel and Power Point.

Comments	The Contracts Control Procedures Officer is responsible for controlling the processing of tender dossiers and contracts (above 150,000 LE) in order to secure transparent and equal opportunity in implementing the procurement of services, supplies, works and grants in accordance with IMC operating procedures. This control shall be fulfilled (done) by observing the process and interfere if and when necessary. Some duties of the advisors shall be carried out by the Contracts Control Procedures Office such as compiling (collecting) the tender dossiers, send out the invitations for tendering; finalizing the evaluation report as well as preparing the contracts in order to perform maximum control over the process.
