Description	•Monitor the both long term and short term accounts receivables and ensure a limited overdue exposure •Issue proper, accurate and timely AR ageing analysis report and bad debts provision report to the key stakeholders •Prompt and proactive communication with the stakeholders to ensure a clear action plan is in place upon the ageing analysis report •Own the Receivables overdue follow up process and act as the driver to make sure the process is implemented properly •Close monitor and follow-up of the receivables for those accounts with historic collection issues; bi-weekly report is required for the stakeholders •Issue the statement of account to the customers and ensure the balance is reconciled and agreed by the customers on quarterly basis •Regular customer visits are required to ensure indisputable receivables reconciliation and prompt collection •Ensure seamless coordination with Gulf area and all the receivables related booking is timely and accurately accomplished •Work closely with the customer service representatives and sales administrators to ensure a proper, systematic and efficient delivery control process is in place •Regular analyze the credit limit and risk mapping of the customers with proper update upon the approval from the credit committee •Receivables annual estimate and target with analysis of the actual follow-up •Customer master data management
Qualifications	•University Degree from Finance/Economics, preferably with academic records in CFA, CPA or CMA •At least 3-5 years Overall working experience in the field of Finance, Minimum 2 of them in credit management in corporate function with strong knowledge of credit risk management. •Good understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards, and tax laws
