1.Handles F&B Director’s calendar, meetings’ agenda, contacts’ lists and flight & hotel bookings. 2.Participates and assists in preparing the yearly budget in addition to budget related reports in and follows up on actual to budget situation (Sales, Fixed Assets, Marketing, Manpower…) relaying the statistics to the F&B Director. 3.Coordinates & follows up with designers, consultants, suppliers…, in relevance to all renovation and new projects needs to make sure that the set plans are moving according to the set schedules, relaying all details to the F&B Director when required. 4.Prepares all required policy and procedures according to and complying with FAHR general policy and procedures according to F&B Director’s instructions. 5.Coordinates with and assists F&B Department heads in preparation of yearly manpower budget, salary increases, bonus distribution, and employees’ performance appraisals. 6.Follows up with the Accounting department regular payments such a O&M Expenses, DJ & Entertainment fees, and with the Purchasing Department the dates of arrivals of requested items... 7.Supervises the follow up with HR recruitment procedures of new employees, termination of employees and day to day HR functions. 8.Prepares and supervises all F&B department administrative work such as correspondences, event proposals, function sheets, minutes of meetings, reports, letters of intent, ministry of tourism approvals, menu updates and printings, purchase requests…
Qualifications: Experience 7 years and above in F&B of hotels and restaurants.
