Description	1-Prepare and develop calculations and analysis of O/S claims, IBNR, Handling costs, adequacy of premiums reserves and Retrograde. 2-Preparation of reports for EFSA. 3-Helping in preparation of other reports according to the work needs and any technical issues. 4-Creating, improving and modifying all Templates in the work system aiming developing.
Qualifications	-Excellent analytical and logical skills. -Excellent reporting skills. -Excellent quantitative abilities and attention to details and accuracy. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to work in teams and cooperate with other team members. -Good coaching skills. -Good time management, planning and organizational skills. -Highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. -Presentable. -Excellent computer skills (especially Excel).
