Description	*Ensures that the production lines work with best competence. *Applies Preventative Maintenance activities to ensure equipments productivity. *Determines requirements of spare parts for maintenance orders *Reviews stocks of spare parts on SAP system *Conducts tests on the new spare parts received to ensure quality. *Develops the annual overhauling plan for the assigned equipment supervision and follow-up machinery maintenance processes and machines. *Organizes and follows up on work done in workshops *Leads the Technicians administratively and technically. * Achieves raised requirements to meet all stipulations associated with AIB, ERP, EMS, and sustainability Programs. *Actively participates in commissions for new projects *Continuously improves team knowledge through constant exposure to new technology
Qualifications	-Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution -0-1 Years of experience electrical maintenance (preferably FMCG). -Basic knowledge of automatic control, electronics, utilities and process equipment operation. Good knowledge of PLC programming is a plus. -Strong leadership / communication skills. -Time management skills and handling multitasks. -Ability to work under stress. -Very good command on MS packages. -Very good written and spoken English.
