Description	-Responsible of installing and testing all the company PCs and printers to maintain efficiency. -Fix performance issues on users PCs to meet employees satisfaction. -Diagnose hardware-related problems to helpful the progression of the department. -Perform market test of prices before procurement of hardware to be align with the market variables. -Procurement of hardware defined in the IT Budget to meet the company needs. -Deal with warranty issues of hardware to ensure efficiency. -Handles all trouble shooting issues related to hardware problems to met employees satisfaction. -Staff support over the telephone for reduce time consuming. -Establish new networks on sales branches to keep the branches in link with the head quarter. -Supervises new networks to be established using external provider solution. -Test network setup before branch opening to avoid interruptions. -Maintain renewal contracts to follow up with suppliers. -Prepare hardware for new employees to facilitate them in work. -Recollect hardware from leaving employees to the department inventory. -Make the IT test for all jobs candidates to ensure their qualifications. -Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications	-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science and/or specialized training and experience. -3 years Experience in hardware maintenance. -Knowledge of windows and networking is must
