Description	•Responsible for recruitment, selection, and orientation of employees in support of company’s manpower needs. •Develop and implement HR policies and procedures •Monitor and implement the performance management system and ensure completion on time. •Oversee the HR Administration functions such as monthly payroll, record keeping, etc… •Lead DanFarm’s Training and Development responsibilities •Maintain knowledge of legal requirement for dealings with governmental authorities in aspects related to permits, licenses, social insurance, etc…. •Manage and lead DanFarm’s Human Resource team including personnel functions.
Qualifications	•A degree from a recognized academic institution •A minimum of 10 years experience in the area of human resources •Ability to use MS Office applications •Strong communication and interpersonal Skills (oral, written, and spoken) •Planning and Organizational skills •Teamwork skills •Pro-activeness & customer focus
