Description	•Provide support to the Regional I&S Manager in the development and execution of the best practice tools. •Participate in setting the annual plans and quarterly targets for Plant key performance indicators. •Track, support results analysis and development of action plans. •Coach through Business Process Transformation.refreshment trainings to the site receptors. •Lead site internal audits to ensure green rating. •Communicate monthly KPI to the Head office. •Benchmark & analyze data with other plants. •Lead the implementation of the BPT in the Plant’s DCs. •Best Practice Tools orientation for new hires. •Track and analyze monthly plants expenses vs. monthly phasing. •Provide the Regional I&S Manager with the sufficient analysis per plant, to justify the required budget.
Qualifications	•Technical Background (Engineering). •Coaching & communications skills (English / Arabic). •Excellent Computer skills. •Problem solving / Initiative taking skills. •Follow – through skills. •Analytical thinking. •Good understanding & applications of tools.
