Description	• Teaches All Moc’s of MCSE 2003 , MCITP 2008 , Security, Exchange server 2007, ISA 2006, Windows Vista , Windows 7. • Teaches material from approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans to include instructional aids. • Motivates students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process
Qualifications	• At least one of the following Microsoft certifications: MCSE 2003, MCITP, MCSD, MCPD, of MCAD. Security, Cisco and CompTIA Certifications are a plus. • College degree or comparable real world experience • A minimum of 2- 4+ years instructing in a classroom or training center environment preferred • Experience delivering training to corporate developers and IT professionals • High level understanding of Microsoft technical products and technologies • Excellent communication, presentation and people skills • Exceptional classroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear and engaging way to both the novice and advanced students • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Teaches material from approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans to include instructional aides. • Motivates students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process
