Description	• Understands the site maintenance strategy. • Understands the impact of failures on cost of goods and customer service. • Writes a maintenance life plan for a specific piece of equipment. • Contributes to the Site Facility Master Plan for a specific plant area. • Develops business case for equipment replacement decisions. • Defines plant / equipment hierarchy structure. • Manages stores inventory to restock and reorder spare parts. • Carries out advanced transactions, e.g. runs reports. • Uses system reports and data analysis as a tool to target improvement effort. • Can carry out basic training of others on maintenance systems. • Manages drawing / documentation systems to ensure ‘in place and in use’ to defined performance levels. • Manages a maintenance budget for a plant area.
Qualifications	3-5 years of experience preferably in Pharmaceutical or FMCG companies
