Description	1. Direct, coordinate & control production process to assure fulfilling production plans in terms of quantity, quality, cost and timing to the satisfaction of customers orders. 2. Analyze plant resources (material, machining and human) to select the best way of meeting the production goals and best utilization of resources. 3. Assess production process effectiveness with reference to internal control standards. 4. Evaluates performance and suggests improvement techniques to minimize inventory levels and to react more quickly to changing customer demands.
Qualifications	- Engineering/Production Management Background. - 10 - 15 years experience in production management, 5 of which in multinational companies.

Other Skills	- Highly competent Leader, capable of managing teams and resolving conflicts. - Excellent communication skills - Presentation and report writing skills
