Description	• Manage the correct &efficient production of syrup & treated waters. • Ensure that the lab is equipped to perform the required tests at the appropriate degree of accuracy & frequency. • Assure the Quality department staff conducting quality tests are competent at performing their tasks. • Manage the execution &documentation of proper &timely calibration routines for lab equipment,line gauges &critical measuring equipment. • Manage the implementation of quality assurance systems & procedures throughout plant operations. • Ensure proper handling of consumer/customer complaints by the plant in accordance with company guidelines. • Implement the standard company procedures for the management of raw materials and product release or hold. • Follow-up on the implementation of all corrective action as a result of a Good Manufacturing Process, Local or International Quality Award audit. • Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the processing and laboratory. Correct unsafe conditions. • Coach &provide constant feedback for the development &improved performance of quality personnel. • Ensure that an annual performance review is being conducted with all quality personnel. • Communicate quality performance regularly to Plant Manager, Senior Quality Manager &other department heads.
Qualifications	* 2-5 years experience in Quality Management, in similar industry. *Strong Knowledge in the Quality Systems and its different aspects. * Leadership abilities. * Capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility. * Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
