Description | Check and review customer’s applications to ensure completion of all required documents. Enter & track sales visits, calls, agreements into the sales system on daily basis. Maintain sales files and ensure that product policies are all followed. Maintain & update clients data base and classify them into categories and make code for each client. Prepare all related sales reports such as; Commission reports, booking reports, and daily sales reports. Facilitates the resolution of customer complaints and queries. Maintains records of daily transactions. Maintains open and cooperative communication with clients. Provides direct assistance and information. |
Qualifications | University degree. English,PC & Internet utilization knowledge . High communication & Interpersonal skills. |
