Description	- Senior Accounts Payables Accountant- Restaurants / hotels -Handling A/P starting from receiving the proper invoices till issuing the cheques. - Recording A/P (including posting transaction entries, payments…) on time without and fine may be raised. - Reviewing all related contract of vendors, rent, maintenance, and services for proper transactions. - Maintain quotations, price proposals and purchase order related to A/P. - Formulate suitable supply of goods contracts related to A/P. - Prepare GL entry of monthly ending closing. - Maintain accurate vendor files and correspondence with all vendors, process invoices for payment and ensure that three way matching rules is validated, prepare and enter accounts payable transactions, perform monthly vendors account reconciliations with vendor statement and resolve any discrepancies; - Prepare monthly journal entries for accrued and prepaid expenses, assess and compile routine reports including accounts payable, vendor confirmations and reconciliations, material movement, asset purchase and movement in order to ensure effective maintenance of financial information complying with statutes and guidelines - Verify withholding tax return (on quarterly basis). - Verify sales tax return (on monthly basis). - Verify salaries tax return (on quarterly basis) and review salaries tax (on monthly basis). - Verify stamp tax return.
Qualifications	Bsc. Of Commerce. 5 - 7 years of experience. Min 04 of which into accounts payables in the food retail business(either hotels or restaurants) Very good English Language. Very good Knowledge of the Sun System. Excellent Computer Skills.
