| Description | - Supervise all support activities via a team of technical support engineers in order to support on-going business operations, minimize system downtime and control operational impact of any outages - Establish procedures and policies to ensure security and operational stability including user accounts and management of permissions - Develop, test and implement disaster recovery plans - Plans and follow-up implementation of backup operations - Keeps updated with the latest technologies and accordingly recommends needed systems for development - Install, support and maintains servers (Active Directory Win 2008 and Win 2003, ISA/TMG, Exchange Server 2007/2010) - Management and development of subordinates |
| Qualifications | - Bachelors degree in Computer Science - Excellent written and oral communication skills (English/ Arabic) - Experience in security products and solutions including firewalls (Preferably ISA/TMG), antivirus and antispam (Preferably Symantec). - Certification in MCSE, MCSA 2003 is required. - Certification in CCNA/CCNP is an asset - - 7-10 years relevant experience including System Administration |
