Description	- Developing, planning, coordinating, organizing and evaluating employees & staff training and development programs for the technology departments - Determine departments’ requirements and design specific training for their projects and functions in coordination with vendors to adapt available courses to the environment within a defined framework and development plans. - Maintain overall matrix of training curriculum by job category for departments’ operations. - Deliver some of the training courses within his/her area of expertise. - Maintain the existing training tracking system and produce reports that meet the information needs. - Update the concerned departments with related yearly events (conferences and seminars) worldwide. - Track the training budget versus expenses for the concerned departments. - Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees. - Issue progress reports and document work process. - Provide the concerned departments with related associations memberships.
Qualifications	- Bachelor’s degree from faculty of Engineering. - Certificate in training is preferable. - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field in a corporate environment. - Exposure to the Technology field. - Good knowledge of training providers in Egypt and the Middle East.
