Description	1)Distribute tasks evenly on company drivers to reduce stress and fatigue factor 2)Ensure that all company drivers is getting rest entitlement evenly 3)Monitor driving skills and performance of company drivers 4)Handling GPS VMS performance data and tracking reports , reporting them to QHSSE and HRM 5)Demark different skills and capabilities of company drivers ( long distance and short distance) 6)Train new drivers to perform job requirements complying to company procedures e.g. road familiarization 7)Responsible of company cars overall cleanliness and maintenance 8)Coordinate and organize simultaneous transportation requests effectively and efficiently 9)Collate and report of car maintenance status to HRM 10)Follow up with car maintenance regimes and update maintenance records 11)Familiarize new drivers with company defensive driving policies and procedures 12)Ensure routine health surveillance and medical checkups of company drivers 13)Manage and organize rosters and leaves entitlement of company drivers 14)Ensure availability of 24/7 emergency response company car and drivers e.g. medical and security emergency response
Qualifications	1)Microsoft skills to handle data and rosters 2)Software basic knowledge to handle GPS VMS 3)Good Communication skills 5)Good English skills 6)Organization and coordination skills
