Description	To lead the support of the development team according to plan prepared by the project managers Reviewing the requirements and high level design Preparing a work breakdown structure for the assigned work Technical Effort Management creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager. ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library. Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project. Communicates and enforces coding standards performs code reviews and mentors junior developers. manages technical resources within budget and project schedule. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
Qualifications	Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Communications or Computers. Minimum 5-8 years of experience with the last 4years in a similar position. PMP is a plus Significant Software development experience Experience of leading and inspiring a software development and life cycles Expert in Java, C,C++, Good knowledge in Telecommunication environment Strong database MySQL Experience of leading and inspiring a software development team Experience managing developers of 6or more (experience managing mangers a plus)
