| Description | Fulfilling customers and organization’s requirements, in line with organization’s policies and code of conduct, efficiently and promptly by excelling in his job. - Handling orders process, starting from receiving it, advising required delivery dates, compiling shipments and making Equipment price splitting. - Co-delivering shipments based on good judgment on cost and time factors to control original documents according to terms of delivery and contract. - Follow up for customers shipments status update and documentation inquires/requests. - Obtaining quotations from suppliers and following up receiving, revising order confirmation and delivery dates negotiations. - Monitoring for order shipment coordination with the company branches in other country , to follow up on ensure receiving complete shipping instructions. - Obtain freight quotations with shippers and monitor communication with the companys branch. |
| Qualifications | 3-5 years of experience in logistics Familiar with basic export/import legalities knowledge and market perception. Good user of SAP. |
