Description	• Assists PM and PCM in the preparation and evaluation of monthly interim certificates, company’s; subcontractors’, and suppliers’. • Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, documents and comparing with contracts’ • Assists PM and PCM in preparing Monthly Progress-Costs Reports. • Collects information from Production Department and storekeeper for performing accurate cost and progress reports. • Assists PM and PCM in evaluating and agreeing contract variation orders. • Assists PM and PCM in contractual matters. • Prepares material schedule in coordination with the Planning engineer, the PM and the PCM to be detailed and compatible with the contractual works schedule. • Controls and verifies all purchase orders, compare with invoices of received and accepted materials in coordination with PQM, purchaser, and Storekeeper. • Controls and verifies time keeper work and records as par HO requirements • Measuring repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused etc… works or materials in coordination with PQM. • May be requested to perform additional tasks as required by PM or PCM or HO.
Qualifications	Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying for Buildings with large contracting companies. Must have excellent knowledge in AutoCAD
