| Description | Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material. - Prepare training schedule as per misrlearn training calendar and training needs assessment. -Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the work place. - Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly. - Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to the training coordinator. |
| Qualifications | -Bachelor’s degree -A minimum of one- year experience of training/teaching -A globally accredited soft skills trainer/teacher is preferred -Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction. -Capable of instructing students and managing their behaviour. -Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. |
