| Description | *The analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, maintenance & documenting of high performance, scalable windows & web based solutions within NOC environment scope *Provide Technical guide for NOC Application Development & Support team members *Monitor team performance against objectives & keep the work energy in the highest level. *Consult manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge. *Manage resources within budget and project schedule. *Deliver informative, well-organized presentations & reports to direct & upper management regarding team developed & supported solutions *Analysis of data architecture. *Develop resolution by stimulating the performance issues in test environment. *Analyze and test products for their enhancements and performance. *Responsible for reporting architecture analysis. |
| Qualifications | *Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent discipline is a MUST *English language (written & spoken) fluency *Minimum 4 years of experience is a MUST *Very Strong experience of .NET framework, C#, VB .NET and MS SQL Server *Very Strong experience of System Analysis and design *Very Strong experience of Agile, UML, SOA. *Very Strong experience of Web Services, HTML, ASP & ASP .NET & VB Script/Java Script *Good knowledge/experience in SNMP, C++, Hardware Interface Programming &, reporting service, AOP& WCF. *Very good team leading skills *Very good communication & presentation skills *Ability to work under pressure |
