Key responsibilities include defining the business development strategy and maintaining a close awareness of best practice and industry standards in corporate governance. Conducting ongoing market research to identify expansion opportunities will be a key area of focus as will identify key strategic partnerships that can build the organizations profile. Other responsibilities include overseeing the operational requirements, such as adhering to compliance regulations and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
