| Description | 1) Checking and reviewing all drilling invoices. a- Checking rates against contracts. b- Checking the recoverability of all rates from E-Gas c- Checking that all invoices have their supporting documentation d- Reviewing invoices against all drilling reports (Drilling Report - Mud Report) e- Handling and troubleshooting Financial issues with vendors f- Tracing invoices till payment through SAP. 2) Preparing Cost per well a- Estimating daily cost per well from daily drilling reports on daily basis. b- Daily check for estimated costs at AFE against actual costs c- Monthly Reconciliation d-Reconciliation at the end of each well e- Preparing chart of Cost Vs Time per well f- Tracing planned and actual cost data inserted under Sap system 3) Monthly Accruals for wells 4) Aware of the hierarchy of the work breakdown structures 5) Creating Purchase requisitions under SAP system. 6) Posting Service Entry Sheets under SAP system |
| Qualifications | Minimum education, experience and required skills 1) Excellent verbal and written English language skills. 2) Basic knowledge in accounting and contracts issues 3) SAP application literate 4)Experience in the use of MS office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). |
