Electrical Engineering    وظائف مصرية - و ظائف خالية Employer El Gammal Group Job Title Technical Studies Manager Languages Arabic - English Country Egypt Job Category Electrical Engineering Job Type Full Time Description  Presale supports including bidding, system design, technical proposal, price quote, presentations, presale testing and others etc.  Full responsibility to prepare technical and pricing offers for the requested bids .  Responsible for all pricing issues with guidance of the senior management  Reviews and signs off on functional and technical specifications for the requested orders .  Responsible for assuring that all P.Os are executed in the optimum timely &quality manner  Prepare a weekly, monthly & quarterly reports for the department performance ”revenue  Supporting and handling all sales activities towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.  Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base by improving the department (vertical ” horizontal)  Identifies opportunities and makes constructive suggestions for improvements  Responsible for the development and performance of all technical studies activities  Responsible for improving the performance of the technical studies team  Conduct the required training for the department (internal ” external)  Understands and follows company policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards Qualifications  B. Sc. of Electrical Engineering  5 years experience , 2 years minimum at same role type B. Sc. of Electrical Engineering  5 years experience , 2 years minimum at same role type Gender Male  Education major Electrical Engineering Experience 3 - 5 Years. Other Skills  Proficiency in English (writing & speaking)  Highly negotiation skills.  Solid knowledge in Machines  Highly analytical and investigation technique  Good communication skills  Excellent team player & team leader.  Be able to work independently.  Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.  Be able to work to tight time scales.  Highly Organizational skills.  Self Motivated  Hard worker.
