Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status of firms. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, budgets. Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments. Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis.
