Description | • Assist the Organization Development Director in implementing and monitoring the annual performance appraisals. • Create job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and prerequisites. • Create a retention-rich organizational culture that attracts, engages and builds lasting loyalty among talented employees. • Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction, working environment and tangible and intangible motivators. • Work on special projects that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes. • Develops training programs, facilitates implementation of appropriate change management initiatives and reviews current development programs. • Develops succession planning for key management positions and for each administrative and operations department. • Analyzes organizational structure, responsibilities, job descriptions, teamwork, business practices and operating procedures and recommend suggestions for improvement. • Works with department’s managers and to identify organizational and employee developmental requirements and that aligns with university change strategy. |
Qualifications | - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and Creative - Establish and maintain positive relationships and take initiatives - Microsoft office, Org Chart Plus, Visio. |
