Payroll & Personnel Supervisor  4 seasons         وظائف مصرية - و ظائف خالية Job Title Payroll & Personnel Supervisor Languages English Language: Very Good Country Egypt Job Category Accounting Job Type Full Time Description 1.Responsible for managing employees life and medical insurance accounts provided by the Company to the employees. 2.Handling all loan requests in coordination with the Finance department as per the Companys loan policy.3.Preparing the monthly payroll and submit it to the HR Manager for review and final approval.4.Calculate on monthly basis all payroll variables payments including overtime, commissions, and bonuses and update it to the payroll sheet 5.Handle the salary transfer from the Company to the bank on monthly basis.6.Receive updates from the Recruitment section for the new hires and the resigned employees in order to update the payroll sheet.7.Create new employees accounts for medical insurance and life insurance for new hired employees.8.Assists in designing a proper salary scheme based on the job evaluation and the grading and leveling of the Company. 2.Monitor Handling the social insurance and labor office inspection visits, provide inspectors with the documents needed and facilitate their mission.3.Communicating with the labor and social insurance office to resolve any problems and ensuring the hiring process is consistent with labor laws and regulations.4.Prepare the related official documents for termination or resigned employees. Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree. Minimum years of experience: 4 Years (in the same filed)Education: Bachelor degree. Minimum years of experience: 4 Years (in the same filed) Gender Male Experience 3 - 5 Years. Other Skills Excellent knowledge of HRIS. Computer Skills: Good Excel, WinWord, Internal e-mail software and database Salary (L.E.)
