| Description | 1.Responsible for achieving the companys strategic goals to increase profitability and reduce costs while maintaining quality in performance. 2.Preparation of feasibility studies for new projects, cash flows, operating expenses, and costs budget to increase the companys projects. 3.Develop the measures of quality control&monitoring of performance related to implementing the projects and operating the current projects to minimize the costs and increase safety. 4.Ensures the preparation of technical specifications for spare parts needed in the projects to set up the procedures for bids. 5.Implement the bids for purchases of required materials for current and new projects, ensure the effectiveness of equipments and follow up on the inventory control to provide the raw materials necessary for projects. 6.Coordinate with the operations department to set the operating procedures in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and experiences within company to reduce the periodic maintenance cost and operate with the optimal economic techniques. 7.Prepare the technical aspects of contracts for new projects to implement contractual commitments with customers. 8.Coordinate and supervise the marketing department and assist in the preparation of marketing plans to contract for new projects. 9.Prepare and analyze the annual operating expenses from technical aspect for existing projects to assist in the preparation of the annual budget. |
| Qualifications | * Preparing the technical/economic studies related to the current and new projects, develop technical specifications for equipments and materials required by projects, and implement a detailed quality control system that sets clear standards to assist in the development plan for the company. Decision Making, Authority and Accountabilities -Work in accordance to complicated technical instructions -Create methods of work in accordance with professional standards and policies of the company. -Supervision on the final results of the work. -Supervision of the achievements by the top management. Business Communications Internally: Related to all departments within the company. Externally: Contractors, Suppliers, Clients, Consultants and government regulation offices. |
