Description
|
1.Develop, coordinate and implement process improvement programs and
control the Capital Plan within area of responsibility.
2.Assist manufacturing supervision and production teams in
troubleshooting production problems.
3.Assist, as required, in the review process of new product or process
designs.
4.Participate in and/or lead technical teams as required.
5.Identify and coordinate quality and improvement initiatives to assure
that product, processes, and systems are being reviewed, assessed, and
improved.
6.Continuously strive to improve existing manufacturing and support
systems to facilitate better performance in the areas of Quality, Cost,
Delivery, Safety, and Morale.
7.Verify and prove out all new & changed processes.
8.Investigate & test new tooling & processes to improve develop
SOP (standard operation procedures).
9.Investigate, acquire, and employ new and improved equipment and
methods, which enhance quality, productivity, and competitiveness.
10.Coordinate the efforts to relieve capacity restraints through better
balance of work centers.
11.Supervise all tool making, repair, modifications, storage, and
acquisition; maintain and provide correct tooling for Manufacturing as
needed.
12.Supervise and approve installation, de-bugging and verification of
all casting,& forging tools and casted and Forged Products.
13.Participate in safety initiatives

| Qualifications |
1.Fresh 8graduated 8from 8Metallurgy, 8Material; 8Mechanical 8Engineering, 8a 8manufacturing 8or 8related 8technical 8environment, 8preferably 8in 8a 8permanent 8mold 8foundry, 8forging, 8die 8casting, 8or 8hydromolding 8facility.
2.Should 8demonstrate 8solid 8team 8leadership, 8structured 8problem 8solving, 8presentation 8skills, 8technical, 8systems, 8and 8inter-personal.
3.Demonstrates 8experience 8in 8developing 8and 8driving 8change 8and 8continuous 8improvement 8systems. 8
4.Past 8results 8could 8include 8successful 8leadership 8of 8production 8or 8technical 8team.
5.Got 8trainings 8 8in 8designing 8dies 8and 8tooling 8would 8be 8preferred.
6.Pro 8Engineer 8CAD 8experience 8is 8preferred. |
