Completing time sheet showing employees arrival and departure times.
Handling the social insurance and labor office issues. Keeping
records of all employees documents concerning: social insurance,
military status, labor office. Updating and following up employees
files in periodical basis concerning vacations balance, salaries
deduction, legal affairs Deals with all governmental authorities.
Handling all resignation & hiring procedures. Preparing contracts,
insurance forms, transfer letters and vacation balance for newly hired.
