— Completing time sheet showing employees arrival and departure times. — Handling the social insurance and labor office issues. — Keeping records of all employees documents concerning: social insurance, military status, labor office. — Updating and following up employees files in periodical basis concerning vacations balance, salaries deduction, legal affairs — Deals with all governmental authorities. — Handling all resignation & hiring procedures. — Preparing contracts, insurance forms, transfer letters and vacation balance for newly hired.
