— Receive and check advertising creative material from
advertisers and ad agencies — Co-ordinate scheduling of campaigns —
Working closely with finance to ensure that revenue is recognised
accurately
Campaign management — Creative swaps and revisions — Monitoring ad
campaign status, ensuring campaign delivers according to contract —
Performance optimisation and campaign revisions
Customer service — Frequent liaison with clients and agencies to chase
up advertising creative and answer queries etc. — Daily liaison with
sales team to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns and feedback to
sales person as to campaign performance — Provision of excellent all
round customer support for sales teams and advertisers
Qualifications
•
Fluency in both German and English is a Must
• Must be organised with a keen eye for detail • Must be numerical and
accurate • It is essential that the individual is able to work under
their own initiative demonstrating their ability to prioritise workload
and juggle multiple tasks • Excellent administrative, communication and
inter-personal skills • Must enjoy working in a pressurised and
fast-paced media sales environment • Positive attitude is a must • Must
be reliable, approachable, confident and flexible • Must be a team
player
