- Responsible for design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze,
and maintain the IT Infrastructure; including network connectivity and
utilization, Windows server administration, Virtualization, performance
tuning, backup and restore in Cairo as well as supporting Cairos
office users and handling any other IT related tasks as required. -
Further responsibilities include: company local and online systems
maintenance such as customer relationship management system, website
administration, accounting systems, reservation systems and other
project planning, develops reports, and continually strive to enhance
information technology services by developing policies, procedures, and
alternative methods to provide support services and follow up with
outsoursed systems developers.
- Understand business processes and able recognize and recommend
customizations to meet/ improve the companys operations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar position.
- Master of Windows 2003/2008 server administration.
- Master of Active Directory 2003/2008 and Group Policy management.
- Strong Knowledge of MSSQL 2005/2008 administration
- Extremely familiar with WINS, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Master of Exchange 2003/2007 and 2010 administration
- Able to install and support Windows clients remotely.
- Develop, implement, and maintain, backup and recovery systems
- Configure and isolate errors on Routers, Firewalls, VPNs, and Managed Switches.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving techniques.
- Excellent command in English language.
- Good analytical skills with adequate knowledge in project management.
- Provide day to day counseling for IT resources.
- Professional reporting techniques.
- Possess a leadership character with flexibility and agility in performing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent ability to research and recommend new technologies.
