Set the periodical mechanical maintenance plans and follow up
its implementation and make future plans Follow up the repair of the
mechanical problems at the factory Identify the departments needs
from spare parts and other materials and follow up its distribution
Revise and audit the daily and weekly reports Follow up the
administrative work of the department ( vacations and overtime)
Follow up the needs of the maintenance staff and explain for them the
work requirements Leads Maintenance staff team toward the achievement
of their individual and collective objectives, while supporting their
motivation and development to sustain and enhance team performance and
realise individual potential Present annual reports of the evaluation
and analyses of the performance and efficiency of the maintenance staff
Participate in the periodical meetings to coordinate the maintenance
work with all the departments Ensures the availability of the spare
parts. Make the primary annual budget of the department in
coordination with the Maintenance Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor
of Science in an Engineering disciple, preferably Electro-Mechanical
A minimum of 8 years stretching experience in a commercial/industrial
enterprise maintenance/production environment with a proven track
record at the managerial level. Good English language skills. Good
management and team leadership skills. Analytical skills.
Commercial awareness and a cost-conscious approach to deployment of
resources. Good planning and organising skills. Well developed
computer skills. Good communication skills
