Provide HR Manager with vendors to provide employee services,
such as food services, transportation, or relocation service.
Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including
the integration of benefit programs following mergers and acquisitions
with coordination with HR Manager.
Fulfil all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and
regulations with coordination with HR manager
Prepare and Maintain records and compile statistical reports
concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance
appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other
information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and
resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to
the payroll process.
Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax
issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls
to bank statements.
Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay
and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or
retroactive increases

*Able to handle with highly confidential information
*Very Good Microsoft Word and Excel.
