Description
1. Supervise special assignment with respective allocated
Shift CM & PM Technicians 2. Collect all reports about
defects/nonconformities in sites & to take the initiative to solve
the problem and/or help the involved Technicians (s) to solve those
problems.
3. Minimize unjustified delays & escalation of alarms by being the
1stlevel of technical support for all his office Technicians
Qualifications
1. To be the 1st level of technical support for all his office Engineers.
2. Troubleshoot, repair & maintain Hwauei 2G BTS in accordance with manufacturers operation & maintenance
3. Troubleshoot, repair & maintain Hwauei 3G BTS in accordance with manufacturers operation & maintenance
