Description
µ Assist in the planning, designing, documentation &
implementation of various systems including PC/Desktop & Servers.
µ Develop, maintain & monitor procedures for Active Directory
Services & Users Maintenance.
µ Maintain, monitor & report the Internet Access & Controls.
µ Develop, maintain & monitor procedures for backups for PC/Desktop
& Servers.
µ Develop, maintain & monitor procedures for Protection against
Viruses/Trojans/Worms.
µ Develop, maintain & monitor procedures for Anti-Spam Protection.
µ Plan, implement & monitor the successful deployment of Important
Updates/Security Patches/Service Packs for the Servers & the
Clients.
µ Monitor, plan & coordinate the distribution of Client/Server
software & Service Packs.
µ Make recommendations for new Equipment & Services to purchase.
µ Manage the inventory of the Servers Hardware & Software Licenses
for PC/Desktop & Servers.
µ Create & maintain good Technical Documentation.
µ Create & maintain Servers Policies & Servers Security
Standards.
µ Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
3. Qualifications Required
µ University Graduate (Masters/Bachelors in Computer
Sciences/Engineering).
µ Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Qualifications
Continuous working experience as a Systems Administrator or a similar position with an organization.
Microsoft Active Directory (2003/2008).
Microsoft Exchange (2003/2007/2010).
Microsoft SQL (2000/2005/2007).
Microsoft MOM/SCCM/SCOM.
Enterprise Virus Protection Suite (McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator)
Enterprise Backup Services/Solutions (SYMANTEC Backup EXEC)
Email Archiving Services/Solutions (SYMANTEC enterprise Vault)
BlueCoat Proxy
Virtualization (MS 2008 Hyper-V, VMWARE)
SAN/NAS Storage Servers
