Presents menus to customers and answer questions about menu
items, making recommendations upon request. Takes orders from customers
for food or beverages and enter orders into computers for transmittal
to kitchen staff Serves food or beverages to customers, and prepare or
serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Checks with customers to
ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct
any problems. Informs customers of daily specials.
Prepares checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes and
collects payments from customers.
Qualifications
BSc. in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in the F&B or hotels field.
