Description
Duties:
-Sell German lubricants to Egyptian customers
-Visiting customers
-Field sales
-Writing reports
-Gathering market info on lubrication in Egypt
-Competitors advantages and disadvantages
-Potential targets/customers
-Ways to improve
-May be involved in other businesses (sales of label printing presses
& inks, portable pumps, and industrial boilers)
-Follows bosss instructions, even if its outside the field of Kluber
sales
-Willing, motivated and can handle stress and responsibility of a higher
position in the company in the future, and be able to manage other area
sales managers under him.
Qualifications
Requirements:
•Proficient technical experience on industrial lubricants.
•Good technical background on industrial machinery (mainly cement, textile, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical segments).
•Good in customer relations.
•Good in field sales and technically convincing customers.
•Sell by quality and not price.
•Sell to provide the customer special lube solutions for his needs and problems, not typical lubricants.
•Good in writing reports.
•Good in team-work.
•Can handle pressure and multi-tasking.
•Polite, punctual and organized.
•Hard-working.
•Active, and not lazy.
•Motivated.
•Obedient to his boss, and respectful to colleagues and sub-ordinates.
•Looking for a stable job, and loyal to company.
•Prepared to join a family, not just a company to earn a salary.
