Description
- Building and Handling team of cashier who works round the
clock on shift schedule.
- Ensure and securing the cash transactions within the store during and
end of the day.
- Monitor the cash flow and ensure that all the transactions processes
are made based on the company policy and procedures and ensure that
cashier are following the same.
- Prepare daily reconsolidation reports report to the finance
department.
- Manages the Safe with high knowledge of holding safe transactions
book.
- Prepare monthly petty cash report and send it to the finance
department.
- Ensure of recording all the required data in its book.
- To know how to give the best of the service to the customers and
ensure to deliver the best of the customer service through cashier and
customer service agents.
Qualifications
- 4+ Years of experience out of this at least one year in managing team of cashier.
- Have cash handling background, cash process and safe protocols.
- Very Good computer Skills (Excel).
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good management experience in managing retail floor operations.
- Working under pressure.
- Flexible working Hours (Shifts)
- Good Personal Attitude
- Self Motivated
