Description
- Create and develop sales plans and tactics to allocate and
target new corporate accounts to introduce company travel, tourism
services and packages achieving business plan targets.
- Subsidy product development efforts by providing feedback and research
reports
- Meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of assigned
market.
- Represents the product and the company in the highest degree of
professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and
responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
- Attends all departmental sales training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Must
have bachelor degree or higher in business, tourism or sales management.
- Must have several years of a proven record in the sale of travel
services in a reputable travel agency or similar service providers.
- Strong background in MICE activities and destination management.
- A driven professional with an understanding of corporate travel
service.
- Thorough understanding of local market nationwide
- Develop others: Regularly provides feedback and coaching. Provides
training opportunities to team members to improve their skills and
address their career development needs.
- Ability to travel to various locations across the country or local
travel to meetings
- Excellent command of English language, computer, business reports,
presentations and correspondences.
