Description
1.Recommends the HRM and Administration strategies in
accordance with IMC procedures;
2.Implements the approved HRM and Administration strategies, policies
and procedures to meet different organizations objectives;
3.Creates a professional and motivating organizational culture in line
with IMC vision and mission;
4.Provides advice and guidance to Executive Staff;
5.Responsible for all administration issues in IMC including budgeting,
purchasing and payment etc;
6.Responsible for IMC Reception and Call Center activities;
7.Responsible for reviewing employment contracts and documentation and
ensures all are in adherence with IMC manual and Egyptian labor law;
8.Takes responsibility for recruitment to ensure that the resourcing
process is effective and timely;
9.Develops and implements the IMC staff training plan;
10.Designs performance appraisal system, coordinates with other
departments to determine employees KPIs and attain motivation and
performance improvement;
11.Coordinates the attendance monitoring process in line with the IMC
rules and regulations;
12.Budget: Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed
budget;
13.Develops and implements a salary structure and benefits system to
ensure that remuneration is aligned with the market and cost effective;
14.Ensures payroll is completed accurately and on time;
15.Monitors and reviews employment insurance and taxation system and
ensure its adherence with Egyptian labor law;
Qualifications
University
degree;
10+ years’ operational experience in HRM field out of which at least 5
years in a senior HR position;
Master Degree / post graduate degree in HR or a business related
discipline is an asset;
Experience in various HR functions in multinational organizations or
international donor programs is an asset;
Preferable to have experience in the area of organizational
development, change management, process improvement (Six Sigma
preferred);
IT Skills: MS Skills.
