Description
1. Follow QHSE Policies, Manuals, Guidelines, Specifications,
Standards, Procedures and checklists.
2. Maintain and update all link Misr documents coming under link Misr
management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Standards.
3.Implement and monitor HSE Plans periodically. Review the compliance
and improve HSE Management System for continual improvement with the
participation of other departments.
4.Implement HSE Training Plan. Identify training needs and impart
training inclusive of Third Party Training
5.Advise senior management on HSE Related issues.
6.Conduct HSE Audits and Inspection. Follow up on non-conformance and
corrective action 7.Implement related roles on Emergency response.
Develop, update, educate and implement Emergency Response Plans through
Mock Drills
8.Conduct preliminary incident investigation
9.Implement program for inculcating awareness among employees on HSE
related issues 10.Review, suggest improvement and approve contractor
QHSE Plans and documents .
11.Conduct QHSE Audits and Inspections for the approval of contractors
facilities during mobilization and continual improvement during
execution .
12.Responsible for issuance of HSE Certificate during mobilization and
Restoration Certificate after completion of the contract .
13.Responsible for required HSE Permits governmental authorities
communication .
Qualifications
1.University
graduate
2.Safety/ Occupational Safety & Health Professional background ,
First Aid & Fire Fighting.
3. Minimum 1-3 Years experience (preferred in metal industry)
4.Strong familiarity, occupational heath & requirement with sound
knowledge of implications of hazards pertaining to factories operation.
5.Strong familiarity HSE management, practices and procedures.
