-Provide a generalist HR service covering all areas of Human
Resources.
-Assist in high performance and development of the Firm.
-Provide support and advice to managers in the implementation of
employment related policies and procedures, ensuring they are adhered
and provide fairness and equality for all staff members.
-Monitor and report om key HR performance indicators.
-Plan, supervise and coordinate work activities of junior staff.
-Develop and maintain systems concerning personnel-related data.
-Handle recruitment activities such as screening applicants, preparing
interviews, administering tests, and checking references.
-Assist in the development of new Human Resources pocesses, systems or
procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet the changing
requirements of the Firm.
-Maintain and control data on HR to meet the requirements of the Firm
and ensure confidentiality and integrity of information.
Qualifications
-Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
-At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-Ability to initiate and manage multiple projects.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to work as part of a team.
-Excellent planning and organization skills.
-Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
