1. Design, Supervision and implementing of the Mechanical
Maintenance plans for the company.
2. Conducts all required technical studies for any new projects and
discusses all the offered tenders for new projects.
3. Studies the specifications of new packaging machines. (Printing,
lamination, slittersetc) and recommends their acquisition.
4. Supervises the installation of production Lines.
5. Prepares the annual maintenance budget for the company.
6. Designs and supervises all required Preventive and protective
maintenance plans and follows up on their implementation in accordance
with the plan.
7. Chooses the size of and maintains all Ancillary equipment required
for the production processes as chillers, boilers, compressors,
generators, and air-conditioners.
8. Prepares a Training Needs Plan for the maintenance department by
analyzing his direct reports training needs and obtains the Training
Needs of their direct reports. Submits the final plan to the Human
Resources Manager for review and initial approval and forwarding to the
GM for final approval.
9. Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due
time. Reviews and approves the performance appraisals conducted by his
first liners to their subordinates, ensuring a timely, efficient and
objective Performance Management process. Evaluate all the employees in
production section.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8-10 years of relevant experience. At least three years in a managerial responsibility
