-Monitor the company lobby area remaining aware of movements in and out of the company including that of employees.
-Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors to their corresponding destination including customers, guests, and job candidates.
-Answer calls; receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages.
-Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
-Respond to inquiry from various individuals.
-Perform administrative support to office individuals such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing duties.
