Performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet
Recruiting resources,
Screening potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling
Interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening
Conducting first interview with candidates who passed the pre-employment test
Coordinating with Operations & candidates accepted from first interview for scheduling second interview
Making sure that the employee signs the offers form and submits official documents
Qualifications
. Experience from 1-2 years in recruitment field.
• strong verbal and written communication skills.
• should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
• should have an aggressive, direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
• should have strong oratory skills and be able to address groups of people.
