Description
1. Conducts monthly departmental meeting to ensure compliance
to the outlet plan and target, in addition to a daily communication
meeting with staff prior to shift to ensure proper compliance to the
company standards.
2. Prepares daily restaurant reports (revenue, labor, salads inventory,
inventory, staff breaks etc.) then submits them to outlet manager for
approval and conformity.
3. Plans and prepares budget ensuring maximizing profits and achieving
sales targets set by head office, and submits to the Area Manger to
review and approve.
4. Creates and executes plans for department sales, profit and staff
development.
5. Supervises restaurants operations, controlling takings in the
restaurant, and ensuring high standards of customer service are observed
at all times by handling complaints and queries.
6. Supervises the stock and equipment organizing, ordering supplies, and
oversees the outlet maintenance, cleanliness and security
7. Participates in recruiting new staff, training and developing
existing staff, motivating and encouraging staff to achieve targets,
coordinating staff scheduling and rotes.
8. Ensures standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant
is complying with relevant health and safety regulations;
Qualifications
B.Sc. in any discipline
Not less than 8 years experience in the same field.
