Senior Sales Manager Tourism & Hospitality
As a Senior Sales Manager you will develop and lead a team of focused
professionals in maintaining the sales targets for company products such
as timeshare products, corporate and individual packages as well update
management with new trends and improvements needed to expand market
shares and maximize target sales within the Egyptian markets. Key
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales plan based on corporate
business and marketing strategies - Subsidy product development efforts
by providing feedback and research reports - Produce new leads through
owner referral and self-generation. - Meets and/or exceeds company and
personal sales goals of assigned market. - Keeps track of leads and
disposition. - Sets a high standard level of performance in regards to
sales department reorganization and development B2C & B2B. -
Represents the product and the company in the highest degree of
professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and
responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times. - Attends
all departmental sales training and development programs.
Qualifications
-Exceptional
talent to lead our sales team with the following criteria - Must have
bachelor degree or higher in business/sales management. - Must have at
least 8 years of a proven record in the sale of luxury-hotels - Must
have over 3 years of direct sales experience for vacation ownership
experience (timeshare) - Excellent interpersonal and guest relations
skills - Professional appearance and attitude and must be highly driven
and a self-starter - Thorough understanding of local market nationwide -
Develop others: Regularly provides feedback and coaching. Provides
training opportunities to team members to improve their skills and
address their career development needs. - Ability to travel to various
locations across the country or local travel to meetings - Excellent
command of English language, business reports, presentations and
correspondences.
